biography...

Valerie has lived in Tangipahoa Parish for most of her life.  She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.  While attending Southeastern, Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math Education and a Master of Education in Supervision. 

Valerie has 15 years of teaching experience.  She began her teaching career at Mandeville High school where she taught for 10 years.  She then spent 2 years teaching at Southeastern Louisiana University and 1 year at Independence High School.  This is Valerie’s third year at Holy Ghost School where she is teaching 7^th and 8^th grade math.  Valerie is also a sponsor of the National Junior Honor Society.

Valerie is a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.  In her spare time, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family.  She has two precious nephews, Tyler and Cade and a beautiful niece, Raegan.  They are her “gifts from God”.
